Mark has over 25 years in the healthcare and home healthcare industries. He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development for Pediatric Services of America, were he successfully established and led its National Mergers & Acquisitions program. As Area Vice President for Abbey/Foster Medical (now Apria), Mark was responsible for the integration of newly acquired home healthcare companies and management of the company’s joint ventures.
In previous positions, Mark has lead or played a significant role in raising millions in debt and equity financing as well as provided research, evaluation, due diligence and acquisition integration for dozens of companies in the health and home health care industries.
Mark graduated with honors from Fordham University with BS degrees in Economics and Finance.
