Karen Boze has over 20 years business experience with an emphasis in marketing. Karen started the Business Development Department in 2002. Prior to The Braff Group, Karen worked on a consulting basis assisting local companies with development of their marketing strategies. She was Vice President of Personnel for a steel manufacturing firm, as well as a development assistant for Watson Wyatt & Company, formerly The Wyatt Company, an international actuarial firm.
In addition to Karen's working career, she has been active in fundraising, has served on the Chicago Board of the Parent Teachers Organization, and was the first woman elected to the Board of Directors for the Trumbull County Industrial Management Association.
