Gary Baum is Senior Vice President of Hospital Services with The Braff Group, a leading middle market merger and acquisition firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that specializes in the home healthcare industry. Gary has more than 30 years experience in the health care services industry as a President and Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President of Sales, General Manager and independent consultant.

In his tenure as a President and CEO for both national and regional companies, Gary was responsible for directing the restructuring and growth of the health care and product-related services within the organizations. His demonstrated abilities to transform struggling organizations into market and industry winners have benefited shareholders as well as customers.

As an independent consultant, Gary was recruited by hospital-based home care operations, and, a product manufacturer to assist them in successful turnaround resulting in increased revenues and profits.

Gary has a BS in Economics from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and was a Basketball All-American.
