Bob has more than 20 years of experience in health care strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. As a business development executive for several emerging national health care companies, Bob specialized in identifying acquisition candidates, negotiation, and post-closing integration.
He was President of NMC Homecare, Area General Manager of Foster Medical, Regional President of Orthopedic Services, COO of Advanced Orthopedic Technologies, and VP, Corporate Development of Home Intensive Care. In addition, he did extensive consulting with the corporate development group of Care One and Integrated Health Services.
